Problem
Google wanted an unforgettable experience showcasing the Google Assistant for their 2019 CES booth.
Solution
We developed a Disney-style “dark ride” complete with singing macarons, smoke effects, and photo ops where guests rode through a day in the life of our protagonist as he prepared for a surprise birthday party.
My Contribution
I designed the overall electrical system including motor and servo controls for the scenic animations, developing hardware and firmware to communicate with the overall show control system, and selecting motors and actuators for the large background movements.
